Lexmark’s solution enabled Swiss Post Solutions Ltd. to transform mail into a central electronic hub with shared access, archiving, and basic case management. The service is now running across two major deployments, supporting more than 1,600 users across multiple tenants, and has helped customers reduce processing times and operating costs, improve audit compliance, cut physical storage needs, and increase productivity.
