Lexmark implemented Perceptive Intelligent Capture and integrated it with Siemens’ SAP system in just nine weeks, enabling hands-free invoice classification, data extraction, line pairing, and approval routing. The result was 100% vendor determination in the proof of concept, more than 50% straight-through processing on actual invoices, and an immediate boost in productivity by reducing manual data entry and freeing staff for higher-value work.
