A Lexmark Case Study
Rosauers Supermarkets, a 21-store grocery chain in the Northwest, needed a better way to manage its diverse printing demands across stores, pharmacies, and headquarters. With no centralized visibility, aging devices, frequent downtime, and excess toner stock, the company’s operations and customer service were being strained. Rosauers turned to Lexmark and Lexmark Managed Print Services to address these challenges.
Lexmark implemented Lexmark MPS Business with installation support, proactive maintenance, consumables management, and web-based reporting, while standardizing the right mix of printers and multifunction devices for each location. The result was centralized fleet control, automatic toner replenishment, fewer device disruptions, less supply waste, and more time for staff to focus on customers. Rosauers reported lower stress and improved bottom-line savings, along with new capabilities like color printing for better in-store communication.
