A Lexmark Case Study

Roche Bros. Supermarkets - Customer Case Study

Roche Bros. Supermarkets, a regional grocer in Massachusetts, needed to replace its inflexible home-grown in-store signage process. The company wanted a better-looking, more efficient way to create, distribute, and reprint signs and labels, while reducing the waste caused by sending excess materials from headquarters to stores. Lexmark’s cloud-based Print and Digital Signage solution was chosen to support this need.

With Lexmark, Roche Bros. gained a web-based system that lets headquarters send electronic batches of signs to stores and allows associates to print only what they need on demand. The result was faster in-aisle printing, consistent signage across all locations, less waste, and less IT maintenance. Roche Bros. reported saving a tremendous amount of stock, time, and material, and managers now have better control over sign printing and ad hoc updates.
