It selected Lexmark and its Perceptive Process case management tools to build a new subsidy management system that could handle applications across multiple departments and programs.

Lexmark delivered the grants management solution in August 2011, including automated workflow, deadline monitoring, uniform documentation, and SAP integration for easy case access. The result was improved control and flexibility, complete case files, faster responses to applicants, reduced paper flow and costs, and better visibility into status and workload.
