ManTech International Corporation, a provider of mission-critical technology solutions for U.S. government customers, was slowed by paper-based expense report processes that delayed approvals and made document retrieval time-consuming. ManTech looked to Lexmark’s Perceptive Content solution to automate document management, imaging, and workflow, integrating with its PeopleSoft Expense module.
Lexmark implemented Perceptive Content, Content Server, and WebNow with workflow automation to route expense reports electronically, provide desktop access to receipts, and enable quick document search and retrieval. The system was integrated in just one week—about a third of the planned time—helping ManTech speed reimbursement, reduce misfiled documents, improve employee satisfaction, and support in-house administration with lower total cost of ownership.
