Loyola University Maryland - Customer Case Study

Loyola University Maryland, a Jesuit Catholic university in Baltimore, launched a campus-wide Paperless University Initiative to cut costs, reduce paper use, improve processing and storage, and become more environmentally responsible. To support this effort, the university partnered with Lexmark and used Perceptive Content, Perceptive TransForm, Perceptive Workflow, and Perceptive eForms to modernize its content and forms management.

Lexmark implemented an integrated e-forms and workflow solution that connected with Active Directory and Perceptive Content, allowing faculty to complete, validate, and submit grading forms online from any device. The result was fewer data entry errors, faster processing, no scanning or linking, improved student communication, and better service across departments, with clear time savings and reduced costs.
