A Lexmark Case Study
DSG International, a major European electrical retailer, needed to cut print costs and improve business efficiency across its vast store network. Working with Lexmark and its managed print service, DSG International reviewed its fleet using usage data to find low-volume devices and further opportunities to reduce waste and spending.
Lexmark consolidated the fleet by removing 914 additional devices and installed in-store colour printers across 505 Currys stores to produce point-of-sale material on demand. This reduced waste, shipping and disposal costs, and delivered savings of over £360,000 in a year for DSG International.
