Lexmark implemented Perceptive Content and Perceptive Workflow, integrating them with Learning Care Group’s PeopleSoft system so employees could access documents directly from their screens. The solution improved visibility, reduced paper handling, sped up invoice approvals, and streamlined HR document processing for more than 20,000 employees. The impact was significant: the accounts payable team reduced staff by 9%, saving the cost of replacing three full-time employees, while also cutting time spent filing, searching, and auditing documents.
