Leading Health System Gains Agility with Analytics

Leading Health Care System, a physician-led integrated health services organization serving millions across more than 40 counties, needed a better way to unify data from about 25 disparate systems and replace slow, manual reporting for nurses and executives. It also wanted a more agile, self-service analytics approach without relying heavily on IT. Lexmark’s Kofax Insight was used to bring those data sources together and deliver actionable intelligence across the enterprise.

Lexmark implemented Kofax Insight dashboards for charge nurses, nursing leadership, and executives, enabling real-time and daily visibility into patient care, staffing, quality, and operational performance. The result was 20 dashboard projects, more than 1,700 regular users, and over 120,000 total dashboard views. Lexmark also helped automate executive reporting, saving nearly three FTEs and giving analysts more time for deeper analysis and faster, more proactive decision-making.
