Lexmark implemented Kofax Kapow to automate document uploads, invoice-status checks, invoice research, freight scheduling, and delivery-delay investigations. The results were significant: research tasks became 9,000 times faster, manual research dropped from 40 hours a month to about 1 hour, more than $150,000 in invoices were identified for faster processing, and the company grew a key customer relationship from 400 to over 2,000 loads per month.
