JE Dunn Construction needed a faster, more standardized way to manage accounts payable as it centralized operations across six operating companies, while also reducing the paper waste and delays caused by mailing invoices between job sites and headquarters. To support this effort, Lexmark’s Perceptive Software solution, ImageNow, was selected to help streamline invoice approval and integrate with JE Dunn’s CMiC system.

Lexmark implemented ImageNow and ImageNow Workflow to give project managers immediate access to invoices from anywhere, automate routing with supporting worksheets, and connect document access directly within CMiC. The result was a dramatic improvement in efficiency: subcontractor payment cycles dropped from seven to 10 days to same-day approval readiness, data entry errors were reduced, and JE Dunn cut paper use and overhead while supporting its green initiatives.
