Davies Turner, a UK-based international freight forwarding and logistics company, needed a faster way to track thousands of shipments and inventory items across complex global supply chains. Using Lexmark’s Kofax Kapow and Kofax Capture tools, the company moved away from slow, manual order-status checks and wanted to give customers real-time visibility into their shipments and stock.

Lexmark’s solution automated data extraction and integration from internal systems, carrier tracking sites, and third-party websites, creating near 100 software robots to streamline tracking and customer notifications. As a result, Davies Turner cut response times from about 10–15 minutes to real time, increased the number of shipments tracked by 1000% without adding staff, and reduced manual work while supporting growth without increasing headcount.
