Centura Health, a large Colorado healthcare provider with 15 hospitals and many clinics, needed to speed up a paper-heavy accounts payable process that handled 30,000 to 40,000 invoices each month. The result was a dramatic reduction in invoice approval time from up to three weeks to just 3 to 5 days, plus faster document retrieval, less duplicate effort, and lower transportation costs across the organization.
