Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs drives 7,032 family wellness interactions with Lexipol

The Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs (WASPC) sought to provide anonymous, on-demand wellness resources to law enforcement personnel, dispatchers, retirees, and their families across the state. Their challenge was to meet both crisis needs and promote proactive healthy habits while driving widespread agency acceptance and user engagement with these vital wellness supports.

Lexipol implemented its wellness app, which offered a wide range of clinically-developed resources and one-touch crisis hotline access. To boost engagement, Lexipol and WASPC partnered on a statewide Wellness Challenge using the app's functionality. The results were significant, including over 5,740 new healthy coping strategies logged and hundreds of thousands of minutes of physical activity. This led to WASPC’s highest recorded app engagement, sustained wellness participation, and strong stakeholder satisfaction in the return on investment.
