Polk County Sheriff’s Office Effective Training Across The Board

Polk County Sheriff’s Office, serving a 645,000 population across 2,010 square miles, needed a fast, reliable way to deliver daily, high‑liability training during 3–5 minute roll calls and to track compliance and accreditation requirements. To address gaps in video-based training delivery and documentation, the agency adopted Lexipol’s PoliceOne Academy as its short-format, classroom‑facilitated training platform.

Using Lexipol’s PoliceOne Academy, each district captain selected seven monthly lesson plans for countywide roll call sessions, enabling standardized, supervisor‑led training and simple CALEA accreditation documentation.
