To create a stigma‑free, confidential, 24/7 solution, the department partnered with Lexipol and deployed the Cordico officer wellness app.

Lexipol implemented a customized Cordico app for the Pinole Police Department that bundles agency‑specific resources, self‑assessments, videos, one‑touch crisis dialing, peer‑support connections and vetted therapists, plus a wellness toolkit covering 60+ topics. The result, Lexipol reports, was rapid adoption across the force, elimination of red tape and stigma around seeking help, routine peer referrals to therapists, and a stronger culture of wellness—now a formal part of Chief Gang’s ASHER model.
