The City of Sandusky, Ohio (population ~25,000), faced a patchwork of outdated policies—binders and folders dating to the 1980s and ’90s—with no central access, causing employees to rely on word of mouth and creating inconsistency. To modernize governance, the city engaged Lexipol and adopted Lexipol’s Local Government policies (building on prior use of Lexipol’s law enforcement solution) beginning in 2020.
