Centennial Lakes Police Department Policy Meets The Real World

The Centennial Lakes Police Department, a 17‑officer agency in Minnesota, has used Lexipol’s Minnesota Law Enforcement policy solution since 2011. Recently the department faced two major challenges: creating a body-worn camera (BWC) program to meet a 2016 Minnesota law that set topics but offered little guidance, and responding to an officer-involved shooting.
