The Food and Facilities Management Company, a global leader serving corporate, government, sports, and healthcare clients, needed a better way to extract insights from thousands of long client interview PDFs. Their small team had only been manually reviewing a limited sample each year, leaving most of the feedback unanalyzed and making it hard to spot themes that could improve satisfaction and retention. Lexalytics implemented AI-powered text analytics, along with Semantria Storage & Visualization and data parsing/tuning capabilities, to extract and structure interview content from PDFs.
