AlternativesPharma, a pharmaceutical insights firm, needed a scalable way to extract actionable patient experience and behavior insights from large volumes of qualitative sources (social posts, blogs, forums). To move beyond basic e-reputation monitoring and speed up time-consuming categorization, AlternativesPharma adopted Lexalytics’ Semantria (Semantria API with sentiment analysis and entity extraction) to enable in-depth, automated analysis.
