Fiix Software, a Toronto-based maintenance SaaS that digitizes and scales maintenance operations, had made a firm commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion but struggled to measure and act on progress. Limited visibility in existing recruiting tools and Canadian legal restrictions on collecting demographic data made it difficult to track how DEI messaging and sourcing affected the talent pipeline.
By adopting LeverTRM, Fiix introduced voluntary candidate DEI surveys, a clear equity statement, proactive sourcing, and automated nurturing to keep pipelines warm. The approach drove a 92% survey completion rate, helped raise a critical department’s female interview-to-hire rate from 12% to 50%, and contributed to a 63% increase in hires from underrepresented groups companywide over two years.
