To solve these challenges they implemented LevelEleven’s Coach and Motivate solutions to establish clear onboarding plans, track key metrics, and create career-path benchmarks.
LevelEleven provided structured onboarding, weekly goal tracking of dials, booked meetings and “sits,” plus gamification features (real‑time leaderboards, TV broadcasts, alerts and contests). As a result TZA cut ramp time from 4–6+ months to 1.5–2 months, increased sits by 186% in the 10 months after implementation versus the prior 18 months, and grew sales revenue by over 150%.
