Everbridge, a technology company with 400+ employees, needed more consistent coaching and better sales performance across its corporate account team. To address this, Everbridge partnered with LevelEleven and deployed LevelEleven’s coaching tools (via the Salesforce AppExchange) to bring structure to 1-on-1s and the overall coaching workflow.
LevelEleven implemented a structured coaching program that reinforced the right behaviors in manager rep conversations and standardized coaching across the organization. As a result, Everbridge saw a 40% increase in activity and a 33% increase in conversations, helping managers coach more consistently and improve rep behaviors and techniques.
