Sequel Motion worked with Level365 after severe thunderstorms and tornadoes hit Kokomo, Indiana, leaving many businesses displaced and unable to make or receive calls. To help affected organizations restore communications quickly, Level365’s Voice365 Cloud solution was used as part of an IT and telephone disaster recovery effort.
Level365 and Sequel Motion deployed a temporary voice recovery setup by forwarding existing phone numbers to Level365-provided numbers and using donated phones with Polycom 550 IP telephones and Voice365 Hosted Cloud service. The result was that clients were able to make and receive calls again in a short period of time, without long-term commitments, and could easily switch back to their original systems once they returned to their offices.
