11x, a company providing a B2B sales automation platform, faced significant challenges with AI context limits and user trust. To solve this, 11x used Letta to build a transparent "Deep Research Agent." The Letta agent could intelligently synthesize information from a knowledge base, but its key feature was showing its reasoning steps to users in real-time, which built crucial trust. The impact was immediate; the number of customers actively using the AI features jumped from 3 to 85 overnight. Letta's development environment also allowed 11x to build and deploy the solution with remarkable speed, transforming the agent into a foundation for new product offerings.
