Rinkoniên uses LetsBuild to execute infrastructure works for the Oosterweel Link

Rinkoniën, the consortium building the Oosterweel Link in Antwerp, faced major coordination challenges across multiple contractors and complex civil works: they needed to increase work efficiency, improve on- and off-site communication, track performance in real time, and ensure traceable contractual requirements. To meet these needs they implemented LetsBuild’s mobile site-management platform, integrated with Relatics to link on-site activities to the office-based project information.

LetsBuild enabled all on-site teams to access and update contractual tasks offline, synchronise changes back to Relatics, and provide real-time status updates to office stakeholders. As a result, LetsBuild achieved full on-site adoption, faster communication, improved traceability and QSE management (validated by CIT Blaton), and better project visibility—helping the consortium make quicker decisions and run the Oosterweel Link works more efficiently.
