Provivienda, a major Central American homebuilder, faced an “old‑school” construction process: manual, low‑skilled on‑site reporting, poor data collection, and frequent downtime that made coordination with subcontractors difficult. To address these challenges they adopted LetsBuild’s GenieBelt as a real‑time collaboration, on‑site planning and progress‑reporting tool to centralize schedules, communication and evidence from the field.

LetsBuild implemented a live programme and mobile reporting with GenieBelt so managers, suppliers and subcontractors could see real‑time status, receive alerts and make data‑driven adjustments. The result: downtime dramatically reduced, build time fell from 330 days to 60 days (about 5× faster), and Provivienda estimates a 10–15% saving in production costs through better sequencing, fewer delays and improved inventory control.
