Paris Airports Uses LetsBuild to Increase Productivity, Eliminate “Certified” Emails and Have Full Project Visibility By Digitising Various Construction Processes

Paris Aéroport (Groupe ADP), the authority managing 14 airports including Orly and Roissy CDG, faced slow, paper‑based “certified mail” processes on the Jonction extension project that led to delayed notifications, deferred actions and wasted engineering time. To fix this, Paris Aéroport adopted LetsBuild’s mobile construction app—deploying 70 LetsBuild licenses to support about 120 engineers—to digitise communication and project workflows.

LetsBuild centralized daily logs, punch lists and quality inspections in real time, eliminating the need for certified mail and giving owners and shareholders full visibility and traceability across the portfolio. The LetsBuild implementation increased productivity, removed lengthy notification cycles (previously up to nine days to process a defect), and enabled instant, auditable collaboration between ADP, subcontractors and stakeholders.
