IDEALHUSE, a Denmark-based housebuilder working on multiple villa projects (7 in Ry by Silkeborg and 14 in Galten-Skovby at the time of the case study), struggled with analogue processes that required site visits, manual photo transfers and time-consuming reporting. To gain control across concurrent builds and improve collaboration, IDEALHUSE adopted GenieBelt’s digital project-management platform.
