HusCompagniet, a Denmark-based volume housebuilder that has delivered over 20,000 homes across Denmark, Sweden and Germany, needed greater predictability and standardisation to avoid wasted subcontractor time and mis-timed supplier deliveries. To address frequent site downtime, unclear delivery locations and a lack of real-time coordination, they adopted LetsBuild’s GenieBelt to connect subcontractors and suppliers through a live schedule and on-site reporting.

LetsBuild implemented GenieBelt’s real-time planning and progress reporting so teams and suppliers know exactly when and where to arrive, pushing information responsibility to site workers and creating a collaborative community. The result was fewer wasted site visits, improved logistics and process improvements that support HusCompagniet’s output of 6–7 houses per day and an estimated long-term cost saving of 5–10%.
