How LetsBuild Greatly Improved FRANKI’s Construction Management Processes

FRANKI, a daughter company of Willemen Group working on the Orangerie administrative building in Seraing, faced a very tight schedule: the project team had only four days to record final remarks and send them to subcontractors—a process that would have been impractical with pen-and-paper methods. To address this, FRANKI adopted LetsBuild’s web-based construction management platform to centralize task tracking and communication.

LetsBuild consolidated planning, execution and control into a single interface, enabling FRANKI to communicate 520 remarks to 10 subcontractors within the four-day window and meet the delivery deadline without extra stress. The solution cut errors to a minimum, saved time through faster “clickable” note-taking and reporting, increased on-site execution time for coordinators, and prompted five other companies on the project to start using LetsBuild.
