Case Study: Eurovia reduces admin burden and boosts site engagement with LetsBuild

A LetsBuild Case Study

Preview of the Eurovia Case Study

Eurovia Contracting UK uses LetsBuild to bring site teams closer to the programme and reduce admin burden

Eurovia Contracting UK, a leading main contractor responsible for maintaining over 50,000 km of UK highways, faced fragmented, spreadsheet- and whiteboard-based short-term planning on projects like Vauxhall Bridge and Ashbourne. Coordinating many supply-chain partners and producing manual lookahead programmes and weekly progress reports created heavy administrative burden and poor real-time visibility, so they trialled LetsBuild (using its GenieBelt/LetsBuild platform) to bring site teams closer to the programme and reduce admin.

LetsBuild deployed its live programme and lookahead tools so teams and subcontractors could interact directly with activities, attach photos, and update progress more frequently. As a result, updates moved from weekly to near-daily, site managers reported saving 1–5 hours per week of non-value work, planners cut a full-day monthly bulk update to a couple of hours, weekly client reports became almost automatic, subcontractor engagement improved, and Eurovia extended LetsBuild across its activities.
