European Parliament Uses LetsBuild to illustrate Successfully Digital Transformation Strategy

The European Parliament engaged LetsBuild as part of its digital transformation to standardize acceptance and monitoring of construction sites and maintenance across its three sites (Brussels, Luxembourg and Strasbourg). Key challenges for the European Parliament included meeting Parliament’s technical safety standards, fully documenting and aligning processes where user requirements exceeded existing functionality, and executing a coordinated change management program across multiple stakeholder groups.

LetsBuild’s Professional Services team ran workshops, built prototype projects for testing and training, defined integrations (including CMMS discussions), and delivered a change management program that trained, evaluated and coached more than 110 future users, supported by experienced consultants, a dedicated project manager and LetsBuild’s technical team and partners. The work produced documented processes and system support materials, enabled prototype-led training, and set the stage for integrations to reduce data errors and streamline adoption, helping the European Parliament maximize its return on investment.
