How we reduced Burberry’s time to site by 75% in the first year

Lets Flo partnered with the global luxury brand Burberry to address challenges in its e-commerce content production. The primary issue was aligning data across multiple departments that relied on separate spreadsheets, which complicated the process of ensuring content readiness. A significant part of the challenge was streamlining the management of a shared sample set used for press, campaigns, and e-commerce, including tracking product data and monitoring production changes.

The solution from Lets Flo involved a phased rollout of its modules, integrating workflows for samples, merchandising, and studio production. This provided greater clarity on data, priorities, and asset locations, and included integrations with PIM and DAM systems. The results were substantial: Lets Flo helped decommission eight separate spreadsheets and reduced the image delivery time from 16 business days to just 4, a 73% reduction. The platform also enabled the management of 100% of global product content and over 51,000 samples, delivering significant time savings and operational efficiencies.
