KPMG, one of the Big 4 audit and consultancy firms, needed a way to deliver learning and development at scale across more than 4,000 Dutch employees in 12 offices. Working with Lepaya, KPMG set out to move beyond one-size-fits-all training and create a more personalized learning approach for consultants and senior consultants in Advisory.

Lepaya helped KPMG build dynamic, layered learning paths based on skills assessments, baseline measurements, and individualized learning choices, with training tailored to career level and integrated more into daily work. The results were strong: employee engagement increased significantly, with 86% of employees registering for training, and KPMG reported better retention, stronger feedback across the organization, and measurable visibility into employee development.
