Case Study: Sherwin-Williams engages 10,000+ attendees with LEO Events’ virtual national sales meeting

A LEO Events Case Study

Sherwin-Williams engages 15,000+ attendees with LEO Events

Sherwin-Williams, a Fortune 500 company, needed to pivot its large-scale Eastern Division annual meetings to a fully virtual format when the COVID-19 pandemic halted in-person events. Their challenge was to captivate and engage a diverse audience of over 10,000 attendees across numerous sessions, award shows, and a massive virtual trade show. They turned to their long-standing partner, LEO Events, to reimagine and produce this complex series of events.

LEO Events managed and produced the entire program using its proprietary virtual events platform. The solution included designing custom virtual sets, video production, scriptwriting, and creating a holistic platform with registration, gamification, and translation for 11 languages. The vendor successfully delivered over 65 separate sessions and 250+ custom vendor booths across multiple trade shows, establishing a fundamental new means of global communication for the customer's executives, managers, and vendors.
