How Sephora expanded internationally with Lengow

Sephora, the global beauty retailer, faced a time-consuming, error-prone process of managing and adapting large product catalogs for multiple marketing channels and countries. To simplify international rollout and gain control over channel-specific assortments, Sephora turned to Lengow and its e‑commerce automation platform to centralize and subdivide feeds and support their international expansion.

Lengow implemented structured, country- and channel-specific feeds, automated rules (including exclusion and promotional flags) and responsive support, enabling faster go‑lives and better visibility on partners like Google Shopping. As a result, Sephora processed 10× more products, optimized 31 feeds, expanded into three new countries in 2016 (Spain, Switzerland, Czech Republic) after using Lengow since 2013, and reclaimed significant employee time while boosting product visibility.
