La Fnac, part of the Fnac‑Darty Group and a leading European retailer, faced growing difficulty managing its large product catalog and multiple partner feeds in‑house—creating bespoke feeds for each channel was time‑consuming, hard to maintain and caused delays. La Fnac turned to Lengow and its e‑commerce automation platform to simplify feed distribution and get international technical and commercial support.
Lengow implemented its platform to centralize feed management, handling 450 feeds daily and indexing more than 60 million products across five countries, and distributing catalogs to affiliates, retargeting, comparison engines and product ad channels. As a result, Lengow freed marketing teams from technical bottlenecks, delivered significant time and cost savings, increased visibility across many international channels and drove higher online sales.
