A Lengow Case Study
Provence Outillage, a family SME founded in 1955 with five stores and a strong website, wanted to scale its online sales on marketplaces but was blocked by manual CSV updates, fragmented product feeds, stock management and order tracking across multiple channels. To accelerate its digital growth and reduce administrative overhead, Provence Outillage partnered with Lengow and adopted the Lengow e‑commerce automation platform and feed management services.
Lengow centralized and automated the company’s product feeds, enabling rules-based updates, quick stock exclusions, and unified stock and order visibility across ~14 marketplaces while integrating with fulfillment services like Amazon, Cdiscount and Manomano. As a result, Provence Outillage now distributes about 5,600 products on a dozen platforms, doubled its orders and turnover in three years, gained faster product publication, improved margins and plans to expand into European markets with Lengow’s support.
