Europcar expanded its online reach and gained autonomy with Lengow

Europcar, a global leader in car rental with agencies in more than 140 countries, faced a loss of autonomy because an agency-owned site crawl produced the product feed, limiting expansion to other channels and in-house campaign control. To centralize feed management and expand online distribution, Europcar turned to Lengow’s e‑commerce automation platform.

Lengow replaced the agency feed and automated Europcar’s catalog—over 26,000 products—enabling distribution across retargeting platforms, product ads and search engines in 12 countries, with automated 15‑day availability/pricing updates and localized dynamic Facebook ads. As a result, Europcar gained significant time savings (no IT intervention), faster market and channel launches, acquisition-team autonomy, improved ROI and a notable reduction in Cost Of Sale; the group is now migrating four additional brands to Lengow.
