1450 Brickell, a 35-story high-end commercial and residential tower in Miami, needed a mission-critical access control and video system that could handle constant high use while remaining cost-conscious. Hypower proposed an IP-based solution centered on LenelS2’s S2 NetBox security management platform to provide scalable, web-based access control and IP camera integration as an alternative to a proprietary hard-wired system.

Hypower implemented the S2 NetBox–centered IP system with card readers, locks and IP cameras, giving building management a closed, lobby-monitored security solution with no servers to maintain.
