Park & Market Provides Residents with Seamless Access Experience

Holland Partner Group needed a secure, easy-to-manage access experience for its Park & Market (The Merian) high-rise in downtown San Diego that would integrate access control with video and other building systems. To meet that challenge they selected LenelS2 solutions, deploying LenelS2 NetBox access control and NetVR video management to provide unified security across the building’s residential, office and amenity spaces.

LenelS2’s NetBox and NetVR were installed with 93 cameras, Magic Monitor for a single operator interface, and custom integrations tying NetBox to Kone destination-dispatch elevators and Butterfly MX visitor intercoms (plus long-range garage readers). The deployment unified access control and video, enabled direct-to-floor elevator access for residents and simplified administrative tasks—delivering a smooth, convenient resident experience and an intuitive, easily managed security platform for Holland Partner Group.
