Revolution Cannabis operates two large medical cannabis cultivation centers in Illinois (over 150,000 sq ft) and faced strict state mandates for secure storage, controlled access, full interior camera coverage, remote regulator access, and environmental monitoring of cultivation rooms. To meet these regulatory and operational challenges, Revolution Cannabis engaged LenelS2 and its S2 access control and event monitoring solution.

LenelS2 delivered an integrated security system tying S2 access control to video intercom, environmental sensors and intrusion alarms across 300 readers, using role-based single-, two- and three-factor authentication (including 3-factor vault access with bio, prox and PIN). The LenelS2 deployment provides unified audit reports and real-time alerts that let staff identify problems quickly, ensure tightly controlled access to buildings and areas, meet state requirements, and has helped prevent any incidents since implementation.
