Lifeway Designs New Headquarters With S2 Security Custom Reports, Api Integrations Enable Effective Planning and Expansion

LifeWay, a Nashville-based nonprofit and one of the world’s largest providers of Christian resources, faced the challenge of rightsizing a new headquarters and creating a secure, seamless experience for employees and visitors. Already using LenelS2 NetBox access control, LifeWay leveraged NetBox custom reports to track occupancy and parking usage and discovered that only about 700 of its 1,100 employees were in the building at any given time—information that allowed the organization to reduce the building footprint and save a significant amount of money.

LenelS2, working with systems integrator ACT Security, unified access control, video, elevator dispatch, intercom and other systems under the NetBox platform to streamline operations and security. Features like scheduled garage gate control, badge-enabled turnstiles integrated with the Otis Compass elevator system, temporary credentials for more than 15,000 annual visitors, and network printing tied to badges improved flow and convenience; overall LenelS2’s solution delivered measurable cost savings on construction, centralized management (NetBox Global rollout), and a scalable, easy-to-use security platform.
