Good2go Unlocks a New Restroom Experience Solution for Retailers and Consumers Integrates Mobile App With S2 System

Good2Go, a San Francisco–based technology startup, set out to transform the retail restroom experience by solving overcrowding, lines and unauthorized use (studies show up to 75% of users are not customers). To do this they needed an access-control partner that could integrate with their mobile app; with consulting from WSP USA they turned to LenelS2 and its NetBox platform to provide the open API and hardware integration needed for a modern, secure solution.

Using LenelS2’s NetBox (Extreme VM) and distributed MicroNode Plus field panels, Good2Go built a cloud-managed system that pre-programs panels for 3–5 day installations, links the app via the NetBox open API, and manages virtual queues, QR credentials and hands-free door entry with presence sensors. The LenelS2-enabled solution delivered a dramatically improved customer experience, streamlined operations, increased foot traffic and new revenue-sharing for retailers, and is now deployed at multiple San Francisco locations (Peet’s Coffee, Sextant, The Creamery, Rigolo Cafe and others).
