Day Pitney, LLP, a 400‑lawyer firm with offices in Boston, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Washington, DC, needed to upgrade physical security, deploy a single system across multiple sites, enable remote management for on‑the‑fly updates, and protect confidential client information. Working with Syska Hennessy and systems integrator Niscayah, the firm selected LenelS2’s S2 NetBox IP‑based security system as the corporate‑wide access control platform.

LenelS2 deployed the S2 NetBox across new and existing locations and scaled the solution to more than nine Day Pitney offices, allowing administrators to manage cards and permissions remotely from any computer. The deployment streamlined vendor and file‑room access, simplified installation and training for technicians, enabled one card to work at any office, and provided measurable improvements in multi‑site coverage, remote responsiveness and tracking of after‑hours access.
