One Post Office Square Enhances Tenant Experience

One Post Office Square in downtown Boston needed to replace an outdated access control system and create a mobile-first, integrated tenant experience as part of a complete building renovation. To meet that challenge, property manager JLL engaged LenelS2, deploying the OnGuard access control platform and BlueDiamond mobile credentialing to work with the building’s Cohesion smart‑building app.

LenelS2’s OnGuard and BlueDiamond were integrated with Cohesion, Milestone video management and Fujitec destination-dispatch elevators to consolidate security, visitor management and tenant services on a single platform. The deployment delivered smartphone credentials, streamlined security workflows and live camera-linked alarms, earned the Elliot A. Boxerbaum Memorial Security Design Project of the Year Award, and helped One Post Office Square offer a seamless, modern tenant experience—while ongoing managed services ensure proactive system health monitoring.
