Hochtief, the international construction company, needed to furnish a new 150 m² office in Berlin for 150 employees within just a few weeks. The challenge was to deliver a complete, ergonomic, and storage-rich workplace quickly, sustainably, and without the hassle of managing multiple suppliers. Hochtief turned to Lendis for an all-in-one office planning, furnishing, delivery, assembly, and maintenance solution.
Lendis created a detailed 3D office plan, supplied the required furniture and equipment from stock, and handled delivery, installation, and ongoing service through its rental model. The office was completed in 6 weeks, and Hochtief later reported significant savings compared with purchasing, including more than €60,000 in the initial project and over €23,000 across the first two years of cooperation.
