Hochtief, the international construction company, needed to furnish a new 150 m² office in Berlin for 150 employees within just a few weeks. The office was completed in 6 weeks, and Hochtief later reported significant savings compared with purchasing, including more than €60,000 in the initial project and over €23,000 across the first two years of cooperation.
