JD Group, a diversified retailer and consumer finance company, sought to improve warehouse efficiency through data-driven insights but faced a significant challenge extracting and understanding its SAP data. After unsuccessful attempts with other providers, they engaged vendor Lemongrass for a specialized solution.

Lemongrass deployed its LCP RT Connector and SAP DataMart Accelerators to enable real-time data replication from SAP to AWS and to expedite the deployment of an order-to-cash data mart. This reduced the deployment time from a typical 12 months to just 3 months. The results included a robust data lake foundation on AWS, resolved data ingestion issues at a lower cost, and the ability to break down data silos for optimized operations.
